In 2006, PERA Colorado moved their offices to 1301 Pennsylvania Street. Jordy Carter worked closely with the PERA team on this transition and has continued to support them, as they grow, adding furniture in phases. They now fully occupy all 9 floors of the Pennsylvania Street building.
As a public entity that represents Colorado Public Employees, being good stewards of their money means purchasing furniture with a long life cycle that they can reconfigure over time to meet their ever changing needs. A high level of sophistication and design was also important. Kimball Cetra for the workstations and Kimball Footprint for the private offices were selected to meet these criteria.
Jordy Carter has worked closely with the team through various installation phases and reconfigurations to establish and maintain furniture standards for the building. As the client’s needs change and expand, product can be re-used, moved and be reconfigured seamlessly throughout the space.
The nine (9) floors of furniture include 115 Offices, 216 Workstations, 18 Conference Rooms and various ancillary spaces.
